All services are delivered by qualified healthcare professionals in accordance with applicable healthcare standards and regulations.


2. Eligibility for Services

Our services are available to individuals who:

  • Require in-home clinical or nursing support

  • Provide accurate and complete health information

  • Consent to treatment and care planning

  • Agree to comply with care recommendations provided by our nursing team

We reserve the right to decline or discontinue services if it is clinically inappropriate or outside our scope of practice.


3. Care Plans & Clinical Decisions

All care provided is based on:

  • Clinical assessments

  • Medical history and disclosed information

  • GP or specialist recommendations (where applicable)

  • Evidence-based nursing standards

Clients must provide accurate medical information. We are not responsible for complications arising from incomplete or incorrect information provided by the client or their representatives.


4. Appointments & Cancellations

Scheduled home visits must be confirmed in advance.

  • A minimum notice period of [24/48 hours – insert policy] is required for cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Late cancellations may incur a cancellation fee.

  • Missed appointments without notice may be charged in full.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by emergencies, external healthcare providers, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where it cannot be excluded under applicable law.


7. Confidentiality & Privacy

We are committed to protecting your personal and medical information.

All client information is:

  • Collected and stored securely

  • Used solely for care provision and service administration

  • Shared only with authorised healthcare providers when necessary
