3. Care Plans & Clinical Decisions
All care provided is based on:

GP or specialist recommendations (where applicable)

Clients must provide accurate medical information. We are not responsible for complications arising from incomplete or incorrect information provided by the client or their representatives.
4. Appointments & Cancellations
Scheduled home visits must be confirmed in advance.
